Executive Search & Permanent Recruitment

Working closely with Line Management and HR, we don’t just work from a job description but a Prosource specification. It is imperative that we don’t just understand the technical side of the requirement but what makes our customers unique, so they can attract the best talent available. Our process includes;

  • Initial shortlist and selection of 5 to 10 candidates best suited to the vacancy
  • 2nd round technical interview with one of our technical staff
  • Final round face to face or video conference interview to assess candidate's personality, body language and presentation skills
  • Custom built Prosource summary outlining suitability for the role and why we have selected that particular candidate based on the job requirements
  • Full resource process support from application through to on-boarding and candidate joining date

Recruitment Consulting

In recent years, with the progression of social media, reduced hiring budgets and an emphasis to cut external recruitment spend, Prosource Partners have devised a service that will maximise customer support whilst maintaining a competitive cost. Below is a description of our service offering;

  • Onsite/Offsite Model - Customer will have the choice of hiring a member of the Prosource team to be based onsite or offsite or both
  • Expanded CRM Capabilities - The Dedicated Account Manager will have the option of using both the client and Prosource Partners database to locate, shortlist and select candidates
  • Reduction in Hiring Fees – Under our DAM, we will present a fixed monthly charge over a period of time based on the customers activity that will aim at saving at least 15% on recruitment spend
  • Flexible Hiring Solution – Prosource Partners are able to provide both permanent and temporary outsourcing models to support the customers hiring and project needs
  • Visa Sponsorship Support – For customers that experience visa or nationality restrictions, we can offer an additional payroll and visa solution across the MENA region
  • Value for Money – Whether the customer employs 1 person or make 5 successful hires, the fixed fee shall remain the same
  • Centralised Hiring Model – Reduce the amount of wasted hours spent providing feedback to multiple agencies by working exclusively with Prosource Partners
